On behalf of The Fashion Market, the designers, whose products are for sale in our Bottega, will gladly accept returns of full price merchandise, under the following conditions:
We recommend shipping returned merchandise by UPS or FedEx. The Fashion Market will not be responsible for reimbursement in the event that any return package is lost, stolen or mishandled.
- All returns must be shipped within 10 business days from the date delivered and include the original invoice with receipt.
- Returns will not include the cost of shipping to send back to the designer.
- Returns received after 10 business days will be sent back to the original customer.
- We can only accept returns on items with their original tags, which have not been worn, washed, or altered in any way.
- Unfortunately we cannot accept returns on any sale items.
- If an item returned does not meet the above requirements, we reserve the right to refuse the merchandise.
- All returns will be credited to the original form of payment within 7-14 business days of receiving your return.
- Exchanges, if desired, must be arranged with the designer. If you wish to exchange an item for a different color or size, please return it by following the above instructions and only after receiving confirmation from the designer.
